DNE provides technical support through telephone, fax, email or web site. Registration may be required for some sections, due to ITAR restrictions. DNE's normal hours of technical support coverage are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. This coverage does not include DNE holidays.

DNE's web site, www.ultra-dne.com, offers extensive information, including Customer Information Bulletins, Frequently Asked Questions, technical specifications of DNE products, and manuals on many products which are available for download. Customers are encouraged to log on to DNE's web site at www.ultra-dne.com, to see if their technical support questions can be answered.

Complete product training is available for customers, distributors, and representatives. Training is available both at DNE's factory in Wallingford, CT or at the customer's facility. Training consists of theory of operation, installation guidelinesconfiguration of equipment, and troubleshooting of common problems. Extensive hands-on training, where students spend quality time in operating circumstances, is included as part of the course.

DNE Technologies holds training classes on each individual product or in combination. While the standard curriculum is a three day class, each class can vary in length of time and scope of information depending on the individual applications. Please contact DNE Technologies Technical Support Operation for a quote on a training session which will fit your particular application.

Currently Scheduled Training at DNE

DNE offers a standard warranty of one year on all DNE products. DNE's depot repair service provides quick, repair during the product's one-year limited warranty period. DNE's warranty can be extended at the time of purchase, up to a period of four years. See your DNE Sales Representative for details.

Repair of out-of-warranty equipment is available on a time and material basis. See the "Repair" section below for details on obtaining a repair on your until.

DNE will not warrant any product which has been used in a manner inconsistent with its design or intent, unauthorized attempts at repairs, damage due to dropping or intentional abuse, or acts of God such as lightning or flood. DNE Technologies will repair or replace - at DNE's judgement - all out of warranty products still in current manufacture within 30 days (or 60 days for out of warranty repair) at the DNE factory. DNE will also extend repair services for a period beyond the last date of manufacture based on parts availability.

Other repairs will be performed at the factory within thirty days of arrival, where possible. Time to repair does not include shipping time and any additional time due to a problem which may be sporadic in nature, necessitating additional test time.

Any repair which is being sent to DNE for service needs to have a Repair Authorization number assigned to it before shipment. An RMA number can be obtained by calling DNE's Technical Support Operation during normal business hours. You will need to provide the serial number and model number of the unit and will be asked to provide shipping and billing (if applicable) information at that time. An indication of the nature of the failure will also be requested at this time. If applicable, a cost estimate may be provided, or the contracted repair price will be quoted.

If you have a module that needs repair: First, contact DNE's Technical Support Operation and obtain an RMA number. Package the module for repair in either the original packing or in a static-free, padded container along with shipping instructions, a brief description of the failure, point of contact and phone number and DD1149 if applicable. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return to:
