Wallingford, CT - Ultra Electronics DNE Technologies, a provider of voice/data communication solutions, today announced that it has hired Gary Koelsch as Federal Systems Manager. Mr. Koelsch will be responsible for developing sales in the western United States and Pacific Rim regions.
Ultra Electronics DNE Technologies designs, manufactures, and supports NetCentric Warfare products that provide access to military tactical communication networks. DNE's products are used by all branches of the US Armed Forces as well as local agencies concerned with Homeland Security.
Mr. Koelsch brings over 15 years of sales and management experience in the telecommunications industry to DNE, most recently through positions at Promptus InfoCrypt and Zyfer Inc., where he was responsible for sales of secure communications products. He has worked extensively within a wide range of networking communication environments such as IP, Satellite and Fiber Optics through previous positions at ADC/Fibermux, Astarte Fiber Networks, and DICA Technologies. Mr. Koelsch also served as a communications officer for the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Service and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Director of Sales William Berger commented, “Mr. Koelsch has supported DNE throughout his sales career, and we are delighted to have his expertise dedicated to our team.” He added that DNE has recently expanded into the Homeland Security markets, in addition to releasing new products for the tactical market currently served.
DNE Technologies has manufactured multiplexers for government and military applications since the late 1970’s. DNE products include a wide range of products for the military including the AN/FCC-100 multiplexer, the CV line of Fiber/NRZ/CDI protocol converters; a TAC Multi-Service Access Concentration product line with exclusive tactical options, and other bandwidth-conserving devices.
